We know how important it is for you to be independent and find everything you need quickly, so we've gathered the most important information in this document.

HOUSE RULES:

• We ask you to use common sense and behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon.
• Parties are prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and pets are not permitted.
• Downloading illegal content is prohibited.
• Please always close doors, gates, and windows.
• The stay is reserved exclusively for the people indicated in the reservation. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
• Particular attention must be paid to the garage keys; their loss will incur a penalty of €200.00.
• The house is delivered clean, tidy, and in good condition.
• Please take care of it by leaving it clean.
• Garbage must be placed in the designated containers located outside and to the right of the building, across the street.
• Final cleaning includes sheets, towels, and bathroom soaps.
• The kitchen must be left tidy as you found it.

Basic information:

Check-in takes place from 5:00 PM onwards and must be done independently, respecting the rules and quiet hours.

IDENTITY DOCUMENTS

• According to Italian security laws, all guests must present a valid ID upon arrival to be registered with the competent Police Headquarters.
• We remind all our guests that minors under 18 years of age, who are not accompanied by a parent or adult family member, are not permitted to stay at our property.
• Check-out must be completed properly no later than 10:00 AM. After this time, occupancy of the apartment is not permitted.
• We ask that you turn off all lights and air conditioning. The garage keys must be left ON THE DESK at the entrance, inside the apartment.
• Any pre-existing damage discovered upon arrival must be reported promptly.

SOFA BED

• This is set up for the 3rd and 4th occupants. Use for the 2nd guest must be requested in advance at the time of booking.
